What we store. Expert profiles (name, headline, country, claims), the email addresses needed to run an exchange, and question text. Records are encrypted at rest.

Verification documents. Documents are reviewed by a human against your stated claim and then deleted. We keep only the fact of verification: what was checked and when. Your profile never shows the documents themselves.

What buyers see.Your profile name, headline, and verified claims. Buyers never see your email; experts never see a buyer's payment details.

Payments. Card processing is handled by our payment provider; card numbers never touch our servers.

Datasets. Answers and verification records may be included in datasets we license to researchers and AI developers, under the content licence in the terms. Before a dataset leaves us we remove names, emails, and direct identifiers, and your uploaded documents are never part of it — they were already deleted at review. Contributors are paid a share of that licence revenue. Attaching your name to a contribution requires your separate permission and is off unless you turn it on.

Limits on that use. You can exclude yourself from datasets at any time, with no effect on your badge, ranking, price, or payout. Every licence we sign forbids re-identification and resale, and forbids use for advertising, credit scoring, insurance, hiring or tenant screening, immigration enforcement, and surveillance. Research, evaluation, and model training are the only permitted uses.

Deletion. Email rimatimahebe@gmail.com from your registered address and we remove your profile and associated records.
