We take no card details and no payments while the pilot runs. Prices come later, and they will be set from what pilot users tell us — not guessed in advance.

You send your context and question. They write back on Thands within 72 hours. You can ask one follow-up within 7 days of the answer.
30 days after your answer we ask two questions: did you act on it, and how is it going? Answer them and you get another free question.
If nobody answers within 72 hours, we offer your question to another verified person. Your credit is not used up by an answer you never got.
After each answer we ask whether you would pay a given amount for your next question. Nothing is charged. Those answers set the prices. We will publish prices before charging anyone.
If you are answering
Answering is invite-only during the pilot. We recruit each person by hand.
Nobody pays during the pilot, so there is nothing to split yet. Pilot mentors get a say on pricing and on the expert split before it is set, and we will announce both before charging anyone.
We check the document against the claim, record what was checked and when, then delete the document.
Askers rate each answer from 1 to 5 right after reading it, and tell us 30 days later whether they acted on it. Profiles are ranked on both.
