- Refund without being asked. The 48-hour guarantee reverses automatically. A guarantee you have to fight for is marketing.
- Depth over breadth. Three categories at launch. A thin marketplace in fifty categories helps nobody.
Where we are
Thands is early and says so plainly. The product runs end to end — application, human document review, marketplace, paid question, in-product answer delivery, automatic refund window, expert payout — and we are onboarding founding experts across career moves, starting and closing businesses, and moving abroad.
Example profiles on the site are labelled as examples. We would rather show an honest empty shelf than a fake crowd.
